How To Get Legally Married In New York

You can apply for your marriage license to get married in any city or town in New York. There is a 24-hour waiting period and the license is then valid for 60 days. In order to obtain a marriage license, you must have original documents with a raised seal. You will need:

• Your birth certificate- if you cannot obtain your birth certificate, you may use a baptismal certificate or naturalization papers

• All previous marriage info is needed as well (Divorce, Annulment, and/or Death Certificates

The jagged snow-peaked mountains make the perfect backdrop for any wedding or elopement. I personally recommend this location during the spring or summer, as the roads close down for the winter.

I booked this venue for the price, location, and beautiful views. I really loved having the venue for a couple days before the wedding so we could set up and get ready to go before the big day. Fie Top housed the bride and the groom, along with a couple immediate family members, which was really convenient. There are also plenty of AirBnbs nearby for guests. The designated space for the rehearsal dinner is beautiful. The views are incredible around the entire property.
