My wife and I attended the State Fair and she insisted we see the Texas musician exhibit while there. I’d never been inside of the Hall of State at previous visits to the State Fair.This exhibit was one of the best I’ve ever been to. I was surprised to know some of the ’50s, ’60s, ’70s and ’80s icons were from Texas. Who knew? Simply fascinating. This was a trip back in time.
If you live in Texas or were born in Texas this is something that you need to see. Not once or twice but every few years. Important to know your roots.
It’s always a little more special to come by here during the State Fair. There is something special and different every year that they have made a special effort to bring to the public.
